Prep time – 30 minutes | Cooking time – 15 minutes
Ingredients
100g Oat Flour
80g Salted Caramel or Chocolate Protein Powder
30g Coconut Flour
100g Pure Almond Butter
160g Vegan Honey/Agave
60g Vegan Butter
1/2tsp baking powder & bicarbonate of soda
1/3tsp Cinnamon, Ginger & Allspice
1/6tsp Nutmeg & optional cloves
2tsp Cacao - optional
1/2 unwaxed orange zest
Pinch of salt
Method:

Melt together “Honey”, Butter and almond Butter!

Mix in your spices and orange zest!

Sift together all your dry ingredients!

Fold the dry ingredients into your melted butter mix

Put into an airtight container and refrigerate over night!

Roll out your mix between baking paper and cut out your biscuits- it may help to lightly freeze your cookie cutters!

Bake in a 170* pre-heated oven for 12-15mins!

Coat in chocolate!
