40g gf oats
100ml almond milk (make your own from using Kape’s Raw Activated Almond Butter).
50g yoghurt of your choice
25g milk chocolate
5g Kape’s Activated Almonds (crushed)
Blend the oats, milk, banana and yoghurt.
Pour into a bowl and store in a fridge overnight.
On the next day, melt the milk chocolate and pour on top of the oats, and top it off with the crushed almonds.
Place back into the fridge to chill.
