Gluten Free Vegan Waffles with Pecan Butter

70g Brown Rice Flour
70g Buckwheat Flour
1 tbs Tapioca Flour
1 tsp GF Baking Powder
A pinch of salt
1 tbs Milled Flax Seeds
2 tbs Chia Seeds
250ml Plant Based Milk
1 tbs Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tbs Kape Pecan Butter
3 tbs Maple Syrup
Pour vinegar into the plant based milk and let it stand for 5 minutes until it
Meanwhile, combine brown rice flour, buckwheat flour, tapioca flour,
baking powder, chia seeds, milled flax, and salt in a bowl.
Once the milk has curdled, add it to the dry ingredients along with Kape Pecan Butter and maple syrup. Mix well.
Turn the waffle maker on medium heat and grease it with vegetable oil. Scoop the mixture into the waffle maker.
Waffle makers bake differently. If your waffles come out light, keep them
in for another 30-45 seconds until they are golden brown.
