Prep time – 10 minutes | Setting time – 2 hrs
200g Berry granola
60g Vegan butter alternative
35g Pure Pistachio Butter
40g Agave/liquid Sweetner
100g White Chocolate
80g Protein Powder
To decorate goji berries and white chocolate
Melt together your butter, chocolate, liquid Sweetner and pistachio butter
Add in your Matcha & Protein Powder, mix!
Before this sets quickly fold in your granola!
Put into mini doughnut moulds to shape and allow to set!
Once set, pop out the moulds and decorate!
