Ingredients:
50g Kape Pure Pecan Butter
100g softened vegan butter
140g coconut sugar
2 large free range eggs, beaten
140g gluten free self-raising flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 very ripe bananas, mashed
Method:
Preheat oven to 180°c.
Add pecan butter and vegan butter to a large bowl and mix together.
Add sugar and eggs and mix until a smooth paste.
Slowly add the flour and baking powder and mix while adding to the wet mix.
Then add the bananas and mix until it is evenly spread
Grease your loaf tin and then add the mixture and bake for about 50 minutes.
