Ingredients:
40g oats
1/2 banana
150ml almond milk
10g chia seeds
10g Kape’s Walnut Butter
10g Kape Activated Pistachios
Method:
Preheat the oven to 200°C fan.
Blend the oats, banana, milk, chia seeds.
Pour into an oven safe dish and bake for 20 minutes.
After 15 minutes in, add the walnut butter and pistachio on top and bake for a further 5 minutes.
