Pistachio and Rose Bounty Bars

50g of creamed coconut
50g Coconut oil
3 tsp Kape Pure Pistachio Butter
50g dark chocolate buttons
50g cocoa butter
This is so wonderfully easy!
Mix together the desiccated coconut, melted oil and creamed coconut.
Then slowly add in the pistachio nut butter and pop into silicone moulds and freeze. This will take a couple of hours or so.
Coat the bars with the melted chocolate, decorate and leave on rack to set.
