Ingredients:
200ml almond, oat or soya milk
2 tablespoons Kape Pure Pistachio Butter
3 tablespoons chia seeds
2 tablespoons maple syrup
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons cacao powder
1 tablespoon Kape Pure Activated Pistachios, chopped
Strips of orange zest to garnish
Method:
Pour the dairy-free milk into a large jug. Add the pistachio nut butter, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla extract and cacao powder. Whisk well to combine all the ingredients.
Grab 2 small glasses. Carefully pour the mix into the glasses. Place in the fridge and leave to set for 2-3 hours.
Before serving, garnish with chopped pistachios and orange zest.
