Yvette’s Punchy Pecan Butter Protein Balls

Ingredients:

1 jar of 170g Kape Pecan Butter
1 cup of rolled oats
4 chopped Medjool Dates
1 tbsp Maple Syrup
1 cup of crushed Kape Mixed Activated Nuts
1 scoop Vegan protein powder - of your choice

Method:

Add everything to a large mixing bowl and stir until combined.

Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Scoop mixture into balls.

Roll over crushed nuts.
