We use a special blend of 100% whole Californian almond varieties to create our subtle, clean tasting almond butter. Instead of roasting, we first soak the almonds to begin the activation process then gently dehydrate to conserve the nutrients prior to milling.
Super versatile, spread it on toast, add a dollop to your salads, use it as a dip, stir into sauces, add to cakes, the list is endless!!!
